Communication was above average. Patience with my questions. Skin in the game... even to the point of providing an enclosed trailer and physical labor to move me. I have not had much of a relationship with Pat, since he was a good friend’s brother, in the 70’s. Pat is now a good friend. Great communication throughout process.
